A licensed esthetician by trade, she fell in love with marketing while managing the social media presence for her previous salon. That hands-on experience sparked a career transition, leading her to partner with Maria to help other brands thrive.

As Marketing Director, Tatiana spearheads our beauty profiles and wellness clients, leveraging her insider knowledge of the industry to build authentic, high-performing campaigns. In addition to her creative work, she keeps the engine running behind the scenes, working closely with Maria on the agency's daily operations and administration. Tatiana’s unique perspective ensures our beauty and lifestyle clients get strategies that aren't just trendy, but deeply rooted in real industry experience.
